Blitz EGT wiring *Ques.?

Im trying to install a Blitz EGt into my friends FD.. i have all the wires figured out except the following:

red- is that constant or ignition?
orange- is that constant or ignition?

I don't have the instructions here, but red is usually constant +12V and orange is switched (ignition).
