two questions

-where can i get special blanks for radiator filler neck(i have eliminated ast and got an FC filler neck with overflow tube so i have to blank off this normal one on the filler neck) the thing is it leaks from there, not heavily but after driving air pressure pusher some coolant through there, i need to blank it off weit something designed for it(or something you have used and it worked)


-i will have to remove my rev counted, the face is falling apart and blocking the niddle so it's sticking on4k revs.
i need to remove it, put the face back(glue it or whatever) and put it back in.

so could someone please tell me how to do it? what to take aout and whet to be careful with?
