Black stuff from exhaust

Hi everyone, how are you, I have an issue that i am trying to resolve, when i start my car there is like a mist of black liquid that comes out, it sort of sputters out the tailpipe, my first thought was that it was oil, but when i smell it and touch it, it is not, so iam trying to track down this issue, or make sure that i dont have a serious problem, the car has a 3" downpipe, and 3" mid all the way to the muffler, is it possible that the exhaust maybe has a buildup and needs to be cleaned. Also, if this is the case, or whatever the issue may be, what other problems could this demonstrate. and of course, thoughts ideas, suggestions and advice are much appreciated, thanks guys

PERFECTLY normal. Happens to all of us. It is basically just soot from the natural rotary oil burning being dislodged by the condensation at start up.
