bigger throttle body??
I am thinking about buying a bigger throttle body for my car. Has anyone here installed one before? What is the performance improvement like? Any change in idle characteristic? How difficult to install? Any comments will be very helpful. Thank's. My mods are Power FC, Greddy SMIC, HKS Hiper full exhaust + downpipe(no cats),Fpr, Sard & Bosch pump, Twin power, Blitz Dual SBC.

It's only as good as the weakest component, your stock intake and exhaust ports.
I would save your money.
Do the Double Throttle valve, and match port your UIM to your LIM if want better flow.

Garfinkle has a bored out throttle body , the car idles fine, the power improvement ? No way to tell, but you can think it is less of a restriction then it was. When he bored out the throttle bores he did the math and kept the same opening ratios so the TPS knows what was going on.The throttle plates were hard to make fit correctly, alot of hand work.
