can anybody advise me about the best aftermarket radiator ? i want a direct bolt in replacement with the best cooling capacity. thanks

 

Fluidyne seems to be the big thing now. Koyos may be a little cheaper, but may have slight fitment issues.

 

I just put in a Koyo and it was a bit of a pain in the *** if you are going back with stock intercooler and battery tray. I had to shave the intercooler mount and raise the battery tray with spacers to keep the fans from rubbing. Also had to drill out a hole the size of the bottom of the ac dye bottle in around fan shroud in order to fit it. It was definately worth it...It cools like a son of a bitch!!!Good luck,G...

 

Go with the Koyo it's worth it.

The Koyo are 55mm thick! Which is why many have to extend their brackets and modification for it to fit.

The Fluidyne are alittle more expensive than Koyo by about $25.00 more.

I just received my koyo radiator from Chris at absolute radiator. Excellent service, great pricing. The Rad looks really good, supposed to provide better cooling than the fluidyne (it's thicker) and be a drop in, haven't installed it yet to confirm that though.

Absolutly!.. But I got the fluidyne, got it a bit ago from Absolute also... great service and fast shipping! Installed it w/out a single problem. O wait... I take that back.. it didn't come w/ a drain plug.... so one suggestion... make sure you get the drain plug BEFORE you put it in. That way you can be sure to get the right size and not have to buy a few different sizes
