Best way to disable an FD?
Kill Switch
Real easy unplug the nuetral safety switch on the clutch pedal they cant start it then. But i agree with RonKMiller on this one if they want it that bad they will just flat bed it away in the middle of the night. I had my turbo II stolen from me, i replaced it with an FD and i only drive it on weekends and never really park it anywhere unsafe. I have a beater car to park in those areas. FD's are hard cars to replace after they have been stolen.
Just pull the Yellow EGI relay.. It's not a common type relay so it would be hard for sombody to come up with one spur of the moment.... It would be really easy to just put a switch in and wire it to the starter solinoid, but then they could still push start it if they have already broken the key switch/lock...
Or you could do like the bikes and wrap a log chain around the frame and padlock it to a tree or somthing..

As everyone else has stated, if someone wants your car bad enough, it'll be history.
The pulling of fuses for the starter, ignition, and fuel pump are all good ideas. For the hidden switches that people sometimes install. You could add additional switches to the one switch and configure it so that it will only work in a certain combination. That way, even if the switches were discovered, it'll take a certain combination in order to work. However, the wiring/installation has to be done very cleanly because of the wires that could be exposed thereby rendering this method ineffective.
The removable steering wheel is a good idea, however, a really good car thief has a spare steering wheel to use (Nicholas Cage in Gone in 60 Seconds had a spare steering wheel...haha). Also, the problem w/ this is that you are stuck lugging around your steering wheel. Same goes for pulling the ecu idea. You'll have to lug it around.
You could remove the ignition wires...but any good thief that has been looking for your SPECIFIC car will be prepared. A thief that is just looking for A car will not be as prepared.
Also, to prevent the possibility of someone towing away your car, don't park w/ your wheels straight (assuming that you're on a level surface). That way, they cannot tow your car from in front or behind as easily.
Hmm...I guess you could pull the rubber vacuum line from the master brake cylinder. That will keep the brakes locked in position. Anyone have any input regarding this idea?

You just hire a big guy named Bubba who is about 400 lbs. and 7 feet tall. Give him a gun and a baseball bat and pay him minimum wage to stand by your car. Hehe.
