best thing to keep emblums on?

Blow up or win
Well, the best way to keep them "emblums" on is 3M double sided tape that you can pick up at Ace hardware.
It's the grey stuff that is designed for outdoor use. Don't use anything else or you'll be buying new ones after a month or two. Use a crayon or water based (not permanent!) marker to mark the EXACT position (vertical and horizontal) before you stick 'em on. Clean the area with alcohol and a soft cotton rag first to make sure you have dissolved any wax or grease. Once you have them in place apply constant firm pressure for about 30 seconds or so on a warm (not hot) day. Give them 48 hours before washing. They will stick like white on rice.
Or, you can use 10 ton epoxy. (j/k)
