Best Style Radiator Shroud

So I have seen that many people pretty much fabricate their own radiator shrouds because alot of people have different plumbing and what not. I think that radiator shrouds on our cars don't really do much for cooling but they really make the engine bay look clean.

However, I have yet to come across a shroud that satisfies the look I want and fitment I need. The closest thing I have found is the Carbing shroud that Rich had at one time. But without the two side pieces and only the middle one.

I have looked at different setups and for a Greddy FMIC Setup it looks like something like this is needed and would help more in this setup than any other due to the angle the radiator is positioned in.

I think that the best solution to a Radiator shroud would be the middle piece from the Carbing shroud and 1 additional piece that will accommodate for pluming in the Greddy FMIC. But I do not think that the piece needs to go past the where the top of the radiator lies. Much like this carbon fiber shroud.

The reason why something like the Carbing shroud would be best is because it does not go past the bumper support rail but it seals the gap between the support and the rail while also not invading the area where intercooler ducts or piping runs. The large extended shroud that needs to be used for the Greddy FMIC would be unnecessary for a SMIC because of the angle of the radiator. Shrouding that extends to the radiator for the BLITZ FMIC would just detract from the symmetry and look that the setup already gives. It is the only shroud that can be used on any type of setup.

Seeing that the Carbing shroud is slightly hard to find, does anyone have one that can be replicated? I am wanting to get one replicated in carbon fiber with a few tweaks to the design.

That carbon one that actually seals the top of the radiator and forces air through the core is the only one that will actually do anything useful. The others you posted are just bling w/ no functionality whatsoever.

I did a ghetto version of some sealing/ducting when I had a Greddy FMIC using some cheap metal sheet from Home Depot. It decreased my temps by 3-5 degrees C. Search under my user name and you'll find the thread. Managing air flow through the radiator is critical with a IC like the Greddy FMIC.
