Best Pulley for the $?

Which pulley set-up is best for the dollar, assuming the following:
1) I want to keep the airpump
2) I don't want to have to remove the main e-shaft nut
I'm looking for bang for the buck

Thanks,
Jeff

I think both Pettit and SR Motorsports eccentric shaft pulleys works with the stock pulley so you don't have to remove THE BOLT. Unorthodox is probably the best unit but you do have to remove the bolt They are all like $189 for the main pulley and adds about 10 rwhp - not bad.
