Best/Best Value AST elimination kit?

I need to buy an elimination kit and i want to know where they are available and whether they are good or not. I know m2 has one for 50? but i am sure there are other options. Opinions anyone?

All of M2's stuff is very high Quality, however I question the premis of AST elimination - MAZDA spent a significant amount of time and money engineering the system and must have felt it was necessary or else the wouldn't have. I would suggest upgrading to an Aluminum replacement AST Like Micah Robles builds (GooseProductions@aol.com) and offers from time to time here on the forum (Do a Search) The Pettit one is ok But in my opinion is over priced for what you get.

I was told by a reputable rotary mechanic essentially that there is no point in replacing the ast with a quality aluminum one like petit or tripoint because the whole point of the stock one was that there were two chamers to seperate the air. The petit only has one chamber and is not seperating any air. It's only letting you keep slightly more coolant in the system. By elimination I am saving 100 beans plus eliminating the risk of any failure in the future with an aluminim one (not likely, i know). If there's anyone I trust for advice on my car it is this mechanic and many members in the northeast on this board swear by him.

I got mine from mazdatrix

The AST elimination is basically rplacing the coolant fill cap, with one that has an overflow tube connection. Use the cap and assembly for a 2nd gen '86. For the install info check Robinette's site, and get the part from mazdatrix for ~23 bucks... I've had no problems, and my stock engine's got 90K.
Here's the link for mazdatrix:
