If it's on the intake side then it'll just make the old dental drill sound but won't hurt anything unless it's damaged to the point of effecting flow and or balance.

It's on the exhaust side, I'll try to get a pic of how bad it is...I'm just wondering if it'll be a waste to try to fix it or not.

Don't use a turbo with a bent turbine fin.

Efficiency is decreased and balance will be off.

if its a bend turbine fin your turbine oil seal will blown very soon
