Belt Screech w/ greddy pullies???

I installed these over Christmas. Now everytime I start my car there is a horrendous squeal. Grease is helping the problem temporarily, but as soon as I drive a while it starts again.

I know that if pullies are out of alignment the belt will make noise.
Has anyone else had these problems. If I can't cure it I will be forced to go back to stock.
The only pullies I changed were the alt. and wp and I am using a new belt. What do you guys think?

Don't put grease on the belts, it will deterioate the rubber and make it slip worse. Spray off the belts and pulleys with brake/parts cleaner and tighten them till you have about 1/8" or so of play. New belts will stretch and need to be readjusted normally.
