Has anyone else had any issues installing there alternator belt? I bought one from auto zone and it seams a little short. Is the air pump adjustable?

all the pulley systems are adjustable at one point or another. if its short by ~1cm there should be enough adjustability.

Yes, the AP is adjustable. It's not hard to get to, but hard to see, especially if you have the stock airbox, which would have to be removed. IIRC, a single 12mm.
