It must have been the chrome process that turned those stock rims into two different sizes. They list 16x6 in front and 16x8 in back OEM rims. I must have been mixing rims up for years.

 

i didn't see this episode, but often catch the auction. I'm finishing up my 3-rotor project and wondered how much i can get out of it (might have to sell). its a good base to start with. i would be ecstatic if mine sold for that much, and it's better (in my opinion) than pettits.

Dude, the KBB and NADA values just went up on our cars too. A little over a year ago, my FD went from $12K to $11K down to $9k ('94 BB R2, now at 90,000 miles). KBB lists it at high $13K now, and NADA at $14K plus!

I wanna see FD's in the $20s ONLY from now on!!! Lets actually try and help our cars mature in value!

It kinda sucks though...makes me not want to drive the car that much. Mine is a 93 R1 model with, as of yesterday, 27,482 original miles. Maybe I can drive the heck out of it for the next 25,000 miles and by then the value will be in the $30k range

 

No ****? I did not know that. Someone needs to make a stick about the the value going up so that people don't feel the need to sell their cars to cheap!!!
