Bad plugs?

My car seems to run like *** right now. If i'm driving it normal or racing it. Of course, racing it it's worse but when I do normal driving it just spudders when i get to about 3-4k rpm and runs rich as hell, when i let off it pops flames and what not. Last night I raced a Trans Am. When I get on it, it will only boost to like 5 psi at first cause it starts spuddering so bad the car like rocks back and forth, and then after about 5k it takes off to normal 10 psi. Usually when i floor it, it will spudder like i mentioned, and i'll let off and it shoots hardcore flames and backfires. Either way i'm going to get new plugs and see if it helps or is the problem. Just thought I'd ask on here, see what yall think. Thanks

I'm having similar problem for over 2 months now. I changed all the cheap stuff, sparks, wires, fuel filter etc. nothing helped. I'm waiting to purchase a set of twins to see if that will help, i know my twins are shot, but i don't see a reason for them to give me huge hesitation all the time.

i have the same problem too !!!
It happen once a while to me.... most likely happen when hot. The car with no problem before 3k, once the needle hit 3k and boost goes to 0psi, and the car is just shaking and hesitating(shaking like the first timer doesn't know how to drive stick shift - i hope you know what i m saying)
To solve the problem while i m driving that, i have to release the gas padel first and step on the gas instantly or hardly to 3k or higher to avoid the hesitation.

PS: i have Code with EGR switch and knock sensor, will that cuz that ??? If i remove EGR switch will that help ??
