Bad coolant sensor?

I have searched about coolant sensor and all I found was people loseing coolant and that causes the light and buzzer to go off. I have been getting the light and buzzer so I check the levels before even starting and it both places are full. I start the car and light and buzzer are on! I believe the sensor is below the filler by the air pump... Right? Has anyone had to replace that sensor? I can't think of any other causes of the light and buzzer.

Thanks,

The buzzer will do that if the sensor gets disconnected, sounds like that is your problem. I actually had mine go on the fritz on me one week a long time ago, one time it went off before I even started the car! I never did figure out what was wrong because it stopped acting weird and never reoccurred. That was over a year ago and I've never had any kind of problems related to the cooling system since then, go figure...
