I'll guess and say 300-310rwhp. 1/4 with a good drag racer probably high 11's...but more probable is low 12s.

low 12s, is that possible?? trying to get to a track pretty soon, race gas w/ slicks...hopefully ill hit low 12s...

You need that PFC tuned...you are risking the motor running the base map with a ported motor and full exhaust. With stock fuel system, you're looking at max 14 psi.

yea hopefully i can try to upgrade the injectors,fuel pump,single turbo pretty soon and let STEVE KAN get it fully tuned.....thats my next option....looking foward for a t88 or maybe a kait51, btw, whats the best turbo out in the market thats best for FD??

There isn't one. Different turbos are "best" for different goals and cars. BTW I hope you just forgot to mention an aftermarket clutch as a mod. Also if you don't have a lot of drag racing experience I wouldn't plan on running low or even mid 12's your first day at the track, even if the car can run high 11's. Plan on high 12's low 13's.

There is no turbo that is best for the FD persay. However the best turbo systems you can buy would be Garrett who has been making turbo chargers for the military/nasa since the 1930's. HKS is also a very good company for almost everything but their turbo kits are pricey.
