Question autometer

has anyone hooked up a monster tach in their rx-7, casue i dont know where to splice the green wire to get a signal to show rpm. I tried to splice it into the tach of the gauge cluster, and it sut down my oil pressure gauge and tach and sent the add coolant light off. and i wasnt sure about splicing it into the coil pack becasue it has the trailing and leading plugs, so i wasnt sure if i would get an acurate reading. please help

Unless you are running a redline higher than 9k rpm, adding a tach to an FD is beyond pointless. The stock tach is very large and is dead center, what more could you want?

Very ricey if anything get some gauges on the side pod to keep on eye on important stuff and thats about it. The more stock it looks the better of a sleeper it will be.

Just splice the green wire to any one of the spark plug wires. 'Lil superglue and tape oughta do it.

Scared him off, methinks!

There is a shift buzzer. Just find the peiso-electric (sp) buzzer and hook up a light to the same electrical line.
