i found a good deal on an automatic 94 rx7, but i reallyu want a 5spd, how much do you think it would cost to buy a 5spd transmission and replace the automatic with it?? thanks alot.

Depends if you're looking to do it yourself or not. If you're going to pay someone to do it, you could end up spending up to 4-5 grand. DIY, maybe 1-2 grand depending on where you find your parts. Its not as simple as dropping one and bolting in another -its a LOT of work.

If you do pay someone to do it, be sure they know what theyre doing - I've seen a couple nasty *** conversions that do nothing but cause headaches down the road.
