Auto to manual swap

I have an automatic 3rd gen and i;m trying to switch it over to standard. I have the trans and am working getting all the parts so i can't change it over. I also would like to know what is the best way to gain power and keep the car twin turbo.

before you do a swap you need to do a lot of reading on these cars. what are your plans for this vehicle?. I would sell the auto and get a manual car if a stick is realy what you want. anyway do a lot of reading before you jump into something. lots of info on this subject on the forum.
