Try calling summit racing. They might have blanks in that size.

That was my username from after the forum crash until a couple of years ago. Another one of our friends was at DGRR a few years back and was telling a story to Rich and some other guys and kept saying "my friend memphisraines82, Brent Dalton" several times as he was telling the story... and it kind of snowballed into the regular thing. Rich and Dan(scrub) came down and stayed with me for the F1 race last weekend. On Sunday night, I crashed at about 11pm as I had to be up at around 4am for work. When I got home the next day, this is what I found in the refrigerator

Really fun weekend.

RE: Mazcare
Charlie has really helped me out on several occasions and does quality work. He's also one of the handful of people I would trust to work on my car when I don't have the time. He was also able to source me a fairly hard-to-find part a few years back when I tried everywhere. I should have just went to him the first time. He also made sure my car was taken care of when I was getting some mods done when I was away for a while. Nothing but good things to say about Mazcare.
