Question AST Cap Replacement

Hello,

I was looking to replace my AST cap to test if I have a blown coolant seal. I've been reading that the lever type Stant caps were not very good due to quality control and durability. I was wondering if there's a better alternative?

I have an unknown AST that uses a Stance cap. Will the oem Mazda one fit?

I never had the opportunity to have the oem AST to know.

Just take the cap you now have to an auto parts store and ask for the equivalent cap w/o the lever.
