a'pexi auto timer installed... questions

my a'pexi auto timer is finally installed. the grey wire is the parking break, the black wire is the ground wire, the white wire is the o2 sensor wire... everything seems like it's hooked up right but for some reason, i can't seem to change the idle time... it just sits at 30 and when i move the stupid **** thing left or right, it doesn't do anything... anyone have this timer and know how to use it? i guess i should call a'pexi. also, i'm not too sure how accurate the a/f meter is but what numbers should i be expecting to see at idle/wot/etc w/ a downpipe as my only mod?

Mines just been lying around... been to lazy to put it in and it's not *that* essential. I'll install mine right now and see if i get similar results as you. Hopefully you dont have a defective timer. I should be done with the install in about an hour or so
