Anyone repl studs/lugs to fit custom wheels?

To skip a long pissed-off story, due to mismatched studs and wheel lug thread-pitch and a missing lug when these 18” Speedline New Generation magnesium wheels were previously installed, I noticed more lugs were backing off stripped and now have only 3 good non-stripped lugs in each front wheel! I know I know, the loading on the rims would loosen the rest of the lugs. I’m going to replace everything if needed, but I cannot find any SoCal wheel, tire, or machine shop who is willing to press out the old studs from the hub and custom-make new studs and lugs. Can't bang the studs out with a hammer. Stillen won’t touch it, and recommended some machine shop in Van Nuys, and I don’t know of any Joe-blow tire and wheel stores who would do the work or match up similar lugs. Thes studs appear in great shape and I believe are stock, but who, if anyone, would have the largest assortment of lugs available? I will post pix of the long-shank lug later today. Thanks for any help.
