Hi,
I was doing the vacuum hose replacement and can't seem to figure out what this connects to, can anyone help?

If your car is a 94-95 (or 93 Cali) it goes to the electronic EGR. If it is a 93 non Cali it doesn't go anywhere.

Thanks for the help,
I guess thats 1 less thing to check. I started it without the map sensor plugged in and it was in limp mode. I reconnected it and cleared the ecu but still stuck in limp mode. I guess I must have missed something else and gotta take it all apart again.

A little backwards there....95 cars (Cali or Fed) did not have an EGR.

All 94s have an electronic EGR.

The point is that it is a plug for the EGR, if his car does not have an electronic one then the plug does not go anywhere.

BTW I have seen 95's with EGRs

Cliff you need to pull the codes and see what else is causing it to limp

Yeah I tried that last night and no codes came out.
Gonna try change the plugs before I tear everything apart again as when I searched someone said that running limp mode could foul them. Before I plugged the map back in I didn't even hear the mooing sound, now at least I do hear the mooing sound. Oh yeah the car is a '93 and all stock. I'm gonna assume it is not an Cali cause like I said I don't see anywhere for that wire to go.
