Anyone know a good turbo rebuilder?

My secondaries are shot so I either need a new set or a rebuilder who can fix my old ones. I think the RX7store has them for $800 but I wanna see what else is out there. Please help. Thanks in advance

Majestic in Waco Texas has been re-building them for over 4 years.

Ive had two bad rebuilds....both lasted less than a week...both did not get fixed under so called "warrantee". one leaked first day...the other sounded like a dentist drill and leaked.

turbo city set sucked

performance techniques set sucked.

I spoke with rotary reliability and racing about it yesterday....was telling them there are no good rebuilders....they countered the argument saying that they had the same probs for years and had finally found a good builder....they said that their sets come back looking just like new and were all cleaned and polished...they said his sets look even better than the M2 units I purchased not long ago.

call shawn or nick at rotary...7148398018

majestic turbos has been doing turbos for a while I heard...but I do not believe they do the same amount of work on the set.

rotary reliablity does their set and it comes back done well...which is worth every penny if you dont want to go thru rebuilders like I did.

who is the rx7 store sending your turbos to? I would not have them do it as the warrantee needs to be nailed down tight.....It was hard enough for me to get a working and complete power fc from the store..Id not want to deal with a middle man for an item like that.

good luck.

jason

honestly though...Id dig up the cash for a new set from mazda or for pettits set that is built from new...or for the m2 set...or single. rebuilds are a pain in the *** from my experience....though like I said..rotary reliability claims to have a good builder for the first time in eight years. they wont even put a turbo city set on their cars.
