Is there anyone here that is in Japan that could ship some Japanese parts to me? Would that be cheaper then going through a U.S. reseller?

I'm looking for the new style Knightsport front fender and rear spoiler, but I have found no U.S. resellers for these parts. Can you buy them there and then ship them FedEx to the U.S. w/o paying any kinds of special fees?

I'm assuming that shipping would run a few hundred dollars.

What about U.S. military personel in Japan that go back and fourth, or maybe someone who is coming to the U.S. for Christmas? (I probably can't get the money that soon though)

 

Malachi, after you pay for shipping and duty fee's, it'll most likely be more expensive than if you bought the parts here. For Knightsports parts I'd check with Tony at www.rxecret7.com he's a distributor. If you do find someone in Japan to send the parts, can you post a price comparison? Good luck.

Yeah, I saw them, but damn, I just can't justify those prices, cause that is w/o shipping even.

I'd be looking at $2,000 for a front bumper and spoiler at those prices, and seeing as you can easily get something comperable here for under $1,000 for both pieces I just can't see spending that.

Unfortuantely they are the only distributor I know of this those parts...

 

Yeah malachi, the prices are just too much. I wanted the headlight kit they sell, it goes for around $600 in Japan. A guy on the big list bought the kit from someone there, and had it shipped. With bank wire fees and shipping and duty charges it was around $900. That's rediculous for a $600 retail price kit. If you talk to Tony, maybe he can work something out for you.
