I got mine from the RX-7 store or you could get it straight through tripower, the price is still the same

100 bucks plus shipping seems to be the going price, I didn't really find any place cheaper. It holds two 2 1/16" gauges, thats 52mm in metric. Installation of the pod was the easiest thing in the world, but gauges are another story.

I haven't had any problems reading my gauges yet, seems okay to me, and I actually have a custom 2 pod a-pillar being made right now so its molded right in, not a bolted on pod. I will post pics of that once its done too.

make sure that, if you get one of these, your gauges are shallow enough to fit. I have the SPI temp gauge & it's too damn long to fit in the tri-power pod (which is unfortunate because I really like the pod - if only I could find a shorter gauge that matched the interior RX7 lights as well as the SPI... ::sigh:: ).

i ran my wires under the dash to area where your pedals and feet are. Then i drilled a little hole through my firewall and ran the wires through there. If you need more details just e-mail of pm me. As for the gauge lighting, it truthfully sucks. The autometer light isn't backlit really, just a light behind the gauge sorta, but when the light is on you can still see the gauge and readings, its just not that bright. I have pictures of it. The good thing is when you put on the little red cap around the light that comes with your gague, the color of the light is almost identical to the stock color.

I love my autometer carbon gauges, they look awsome, and work great. I think it looks cool when my red peak boost lite goes on also. The only gripe I have about it is that it isn't bright enough. The autometer gauges clear the pod easily, if i cut off the long metal screws which aren't needed, it would only take up about half of the space.

Installing the wires all that good stuff is some what easy...You can shove the wires and tube towards the left slot and drag it near the gas pedal. I love it...I throw a cap on it at night so no lame *** would try to come up on it!
