any one ever use fitch fuel catalyst?????

Any one ever use that thing for your fuel called the"fitch fuel catalyst" Does it really work? does it make your octane a bit higher and emissions lower?if any one has tryed it. Please give me your feed back!thanks! CLICK HERE FOR THE WEB SITE
