Anybody had ignition problems? Need Help!

I'm having starting problems with my FD. I have a new battery and Starter. I've notice that I'm not getting 12.4 Volts to the solenoid. After couple cranks it's starts droping of voltage. Anybody have any Idea why? Thanks for the help.

check your egi fuse and your grounds..and also make sure you dont have a accesory that is constanly on
