any ideas?

Whilst driving in the low rev range (2000-2500) when my foot is just slightly on the gas, just enuf to hold a constant speed, the engine starts shaking causing the whole car to start hopping. This happens until i either get right off the gas OR drop my foot. The engine runs fine otherwise.

I just cant work out what this may be. It seems like the car starts mis-fiering, or as if its chocking on fuel, maybe even the opposite?

The engine has 74000 KMS.

I know that 1 of the leads to my 2ndary rear rotor is a little corroded, but this should not have too much effect, or could it ? 2ndary's dont do much other than help burn off excess fuel.

Has anyone had/got this problem? My guess is its just something small (god i hope).

I read an article on hesitation, however this was a little different to that explination, also lower in the rev range.

Also, if it helps. on a cold start, my car sits on 2800, not 3000 like it should, anyone else have this/know what this is?

thanks in advance
