Searched but couldn't find, I need a new throttle body cause its missing some of those adjustment screws and my FD is idle hunting. Want to eliminate the TB as a source of problem but I only see JDM throttle bodies for sale... is there any difference between the USDM ones?

They are the same. The cruise control bracket may be different but everything else is the same
