I always use the "green" - the IAT formulation. IMO, that will be the best for the FD's.

if the green stuffs additives wear out much faster... then is that why we have coolant seal/passage failure?.... hmmm something to think about

That is true. However, they work instantly when they are present. And, changing it every 2-3 years is pretty safe. The other formulations have, IMO, much more serious potential problems (such as rapid metal oxidation if the coolant level drops for only a short time, or seal swelling and degradation from one of the organic acids used).
