Question Another "What This Connector" Thread

I am putting my car back together tonight and found this connector with no home. It is under the passenger kick panel by the ECU. It is a black wire with a yellow stripe which makes me think its a ground.

Its a test lead for the fans. If you ground that for 30 seconds and have the black fan relay box, it will run the fans for 10 minutes after shutdown. Some people wire it to a switch. Ground the switch before you park the car. Then it will run the fans and reduce heat soak after the car is shut down. It should also kick the fan speed up if the fans are already running when running.

Wow I had no idea, that is why when I grounded it my fan relay kept kicking on. This is great info.

Thank you!
