Solenoid A has two vacuum lines off of it:

The one in the front which points up goes to the Fuel Pressure Regulator. The one in the rear goes to the Lower Intake Manifold.

That is what your secondary fuel rail is bolted to. It's also what you set the UIM onto:

ok ok ok i think we got it!! just to make sure, LIM is the thing with the four holes right? and its got that fuel rail on right? on the pic i posted hose number 2 is coming out of LIM but i connected it to number 3 on this diag and number 3 to number 2

so basically back of my solenoid A is connected to number 3 on this diag and number 2 (dark blue) is connected to my LIM...

so it looks like i just swapped them over(hopefully its only this) but would this be causing boost pattern 10-8-5? and this baloon sound (like screetching) whilst driving?(like if the air was coming out of a little hose in the silicvone hose but what i was thinking was if there was a hole in the hose the pressure would rip the hose apart right?)

i did that, swapped these two hoses and i still got the same problem, my boost is all over the place, and still get this baloon sound when release the acceleration pedal(not every time) sometimes i get 10PSI after 3200 sometimes 7 then it drops to 8 and drops down to like 5 or something dont know what to do...i checked all the hoses and it looks like everything is connected to the right thing...

i went through http://www.autosportracetech.com/RX-7/rx7stuff.htm

spend some time reading and trying to find out what the problem was, just taken my air pump off again to check all the hoses on actuators,(and replace 4 more - apart from those with pills) had a look on my y-pipe, couplers,IC pipes, small vaccum hoses from CRV, CCV u name it....

styil have a problem - i want to set this car on fire...
