Im not sure if anyone else has seen this but in this months road and track they had a drawing of the 2004 Mazda RX7. The article said that Mazda was developing a fourth generation RX7 aka the two door version of the RX8. Its said to be built on the same chassis as the RX8 but the renessis engine in the RX7 would be tuned to produce somewhere around 280bhp. Of course this all depends on the success of the RX8.

It also looks a hole-lot better that the RX8 IMHO

 

I heard something of that...but wasn't sure if it was true. I guess that would be cool...but then it means that I have to buy one of those to so that I have one of every generation.

 

my friend told me about that but i thought he missread it and was just talking about the rx8, cause i have to look at the issue now
