That vacuum hard line is only used on automatic trans cars.

ok thanks! oh ya that was the problem!!!! so its fixed now i believe. i took it for a test drive and primary hit at 11 psi secondary spiked at 13 psi thats way too much! but im glad its actualy working now!!! thanks so much for ur help! so much more power! lol. now i need to invest in a mbc so i really dont need to detonate my engine. do u have a link of a write up for a home depo mbc by chance? thanx

Fabulous!!! Glad you found the problem!!!

Ball-spring MBC's are the way to go. there are several threads on the "Damian-style" MBC setup (Damian Dela Huerta was the first to actually post about doing this style). In short, this uses two ball-spring MBC's in place of the pills, and the PC and WG actuator exit hoses are plugged. This can also be done with just one ball-spring MBC tee'd to both actuators. The only downside of using just one MBC is that both the primary and secondary boost will be exactly the same. I used two because I wanted independent control of the PC and WG so that I could run an 11-9-10 boost pattern.
