Another Newbie Question - Horn

I just bought a 95 FD R2. I noticed that the horn is very quiet. It's almost hard to hear the horn when I am driving. Is this normal? Is there a fix for this? Thanks in advance.

Not sure about our horns, but most are dual horns, one with a higher frequency, one lower. Mine is the same way, but I never looked into it. Maybe one of the horns doesn't work.
