Red face Another Idle Question

Sorry guys but i did a search and found alot of info on idling problems but none that were exactly like mine.
I recently was getting a code 11 so i bought and installed a new thermosensor, it got rid of my check engine light but not the idle problem. The problem is that when im in nuetral just sitting in their not moving the car idles around 750rpm which is good, but if i poke the gas lets say up to 4000 rpm the needle will drop to around 200rpm and almost stall. Car pulls 20 vac at 750rpm. any suggestions ? links to the procedure in the manual to maybe adjust it ?

thanks guys !

check your throttle position sensor

you should download the service manual if you don't have one from www.iluvmyrx7.com, specifically section F
