Question Another 10-5-8 Thread

Prior to my engine rebuild I had a perfect 10-8-10 pattern and the car really kicked ya in the *** at 4500 rpm's. This was even as my leaking water seals were getting worse and worse. I rebuilt the engine and replaced the vacuum hoses and ever since can't get my 10-8-10 back. I have troubleshot a bunch and I'm still scratching my head. I have checked all large hoses (no leaks). I have checked and rechecked the hose routing, made minor adjustments where I thought the hose might be even slightly kinked. I have checked the TC, Pre Spool and wastegate actuartors for operation (all working good). I have also checked all check valves (good, tanks hold pressure and vacuum for days)Pills are in the hoses (there is a small chance I switched the pills, are they different sizes?) I have t-d into the secondary which boosts strongly but not until 4500rpm's (to me this shows pre-spool problems). I have checked pre-spool solenoid electrically and mechanically (tests good). I have checked at the connector I have battery voltage on one side and if I check across the connector I get 94% duty cycle with the key on but not running.
I am sure it is something I did, I just can't find what. So you guru's out there please help.
I am curious about the pill sizes, maybe I switched them. Also, I posted on 3rd gen. that I had a black connector with no home near the ECU. Maybe it's related.
