alternator belt tensioner fell off

anyone want to help me out on this one? was noticing my belt is loose....the alternator tensioner assembly fell off, all i have is the large bolt you use to tighten, the one that it screws into and the screw that holds it in place have disappeared

where can i get this??

you'll have to go to mazdaperformance.com and go to the parts diagram link to find the part number of the tensioner. just order the part from them.
