I put an order in with these guys but didn't see an option to enter a coupon code, I thought it would pop up later...no dice....I sent them an email explaining the situation, since there is NO PHONE NUMBER and NO ADDRESS on their website, and haven't heard jack from them, other than Fed-Ex confirmation the order already went out....I think I got screwed into paying full price

at this point I'm fairly well pissed and frustrated there is no way to contact these people....since they are here in Charlotte I intend to find the shop and return the stuff in person...good quality or not, if there is zero customer service and no way of getting ahold of anyone I'm never doing business with them again, I'll stick with Craftsman stuff

I ordered a set of gear wrenches from them on Friday the 11th.
Got an e-mail from them yesterday saying they were being shipped, with delivery scheduled via Fed-Ex on the 22nd. It's no big deal that it is taking this long because I am not in a hurry. However, it does seem a bit slow.

I will let you know what they look like when they arrive.

I have had no luck with the coupon code! Was on their site last weekend several times and code did not work. On site tonight, still no luck. I also noticed price for gear wrenches went up nearly 50%. I would be careful personally.

Click on "add to cart", then type "ltf" in the coupon code entry box. Works for me.

Thanks for the info Jim; I have tried several times and it still gives me the invalid message. Not sure what I am doing wrong but I sent them an e-mail message. I am sure it is something stupid that I am doing.

For example, my metric wrench collection...

That's a nice collection Jim. How long does it take you to decide which of your, 4 or 5 or 6, 10mm wrenches to use

Got my gear wrenches today

I can't comment yet on quality because I have not used them. As far as looks go, they look OK to me. They finish looks fine, and there is only a little rust Just kidding!!

The kit included a couple of adapters that I was not expecting. You slide the adapter into the 19mm wrench, and you can attach a socket to it. This turns it into a wratchet. I guess I can throw my wratchets away The adapters will fit 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" sockets. The adapters also have magnets sticking out of the ends. It looks like they may stick out far enough to interfere with bolt or nut removal. I'll have to see about that ........ maybe I will keep my wratchets.

They also inlcuded a 10mm wrench with a letter opener on one end. I don't usually open too much mail when I am working on the car, so this may open up a whole new world to me

You have to be the only person in the world who has a set that clean and organized. Was the pic taken when you first got em All mine are encrusted with grease and goop. . . . . If i took a pic of my tool drawer, responses would more or less be: Who **** on your tools?

I finally bought a complete set of Craftsman gear wrenches when they went on sale recently and they are great to use in the tight underhood confines of the FD I notice jimlab has the cheap stamped ones and not the nice forged ones like I have

Yeah Damon,

I wouldn't be caught dead with those cheapo's that Jimlab has

Wratchet: A cereal made from whole grain, and rat meat, in the depression era. It became unpopular for unknown reasons, and production was halted.

You didn't look very closely... I have both.

Hint: top right corner.
