Alignment problems with delrin bushings

I'm aligning my car, and I can't get the front caster to read positive at all. Before the bushing install, the car aligned perfectly fine, so I'm figuring that the problem is the lack of give in the bushings.

There is a point on the rear eccentric where it won't move past, even though there is travel distance available. I'm thinking that these bushings, combined with the load of the car down on them, are making it impossible to slide over. Problem is, when I think about it too much, I don't see how that's possible.

Anyways, has anybody else had problems aligning their FD with delrin bushings? I'm shooting for -1.4* camber up front and the stock +6.0* caster.
