alarm unit

Im trying to install aftermarket alarm, I cant seem to find the factory alarms system. Does anyone know where it is located?

The factory alarm in controlled by CPU #2, which is in the driver side footwell. This CPU also controls other components in the car so you can't just remove it.

You really need both the FSM and the wiring manual if you are going to hack at those wires under the dash. Unless you know what you are doing, there is a good chance that the factory and aftermarket alarm will not live happily together.

Ok thanks cause I got everthing all wired up execpt the door trigger,hood, and truck that is why I need to know the wires to the stock alarm. I figured that black box was it though just wasnt sure. The aftermarket alarm im installing I like cause It has the impact and MOTIOn sensor, heha cause man I HATE dings. Thanks for the help.
