air conditioning question..

Lets say you have a 93-95 twin turbo RX-7. You upgraded to a front mount Blitz 3 row intercooler, hard piping, and a Koyo Aluminum radiator with twin cooling fans. Will the factory ac condenser fit still? And is there any type of problem having the factor ac compressor fit as well?

The reason I ask I am debating on getting an RX7, that has the Modifications already, but these ac components (condenser and compressor) were removed at one point when the engine was being built up, and the owner is not 100% sure if they can be put back in because of maybe clearance. They just never were put back in.

Yes it will fit. You need to carefully bend the lines.

It may fit, but it will not work very well. The problem is that the front mount restricts the airflow too much for the condensor to be very effective. In fact, it will be close to useless. Additionally, the A/C will likely exasperate the already marginal [radiator] cooling situation that most front mounts likely suffer.

Mine works good. Its just tight to get the lines bent right to fit!

500 h/p and cold air FTW.
