air bleed screw adjustment

Does anyone know if cw is increase idle or ccw? The service manual does not specify. I need to get the car running again, thanks.

Righty-tighty, lefty-loosey. CCWwill open it and increase your idle.

Okey Dokey, thanks.
On a different note, what are some of the symptoms of a popped off vacuum line? After reading some of the past posts, the symptoms I gathered are: low vacuum, rough idle. Could it also be running really rich and die??
