I dont know howmany have taken an empty shell and built a car from it .
which is what I'm dooing and I wanted to take out the air bags as I was going to replace my steering wheel with an aftermarket one later on anyways .
can I sneak the rebuild inspection without the air bag sensors? or will I get a problem light showing hey no air bags! fix me!

Depends on how they do the inspection. I dont think they will check for the sensors since they are hidden behind your bumper. If you do get a light that says air bag, just take the bulb out in the dash until you pass the inspection and then put it back in afterwards :-)
