air 2 air and water 2 air in conjuction

i came across this website http://hausbrauen.blogspot.com/2006/...ge-cooler.html and i was wondering if anyone else has seen this and thought about using this?

how efficent would this be? if this does what it says it will do and run it in conjuction with the FMIC b4 and after!

No real sense using both air/air and air/water ICs together. You're just adding additional weight, complexity, and pressure drop. Use either one or the other (there are advantages and disadvantages to both).
