Angry ahh! door problems

ok, im kinda a newb so, bear with me...

alright, so my driverside door always has felt a little 'weak'. like it creaks and moves and bends when i pull on it to close the door. so tonight i decided to take it off and see what was up. i knew something was weird as soon as i took the first screw out on the rear part of the door. there was definately a lot of twist in the door panel. i took the rest of the screws out and pulled it off, looked around, i didnt see any that the door panel could be hitting. so i put it back on, then off again, the bak on, and off again, probably like a dozen times *im a stupid 17yo.* i think one of the things thats causing the problem is the storage bin behind the door open lever. the box is hitting the power lock cables. the way it hits and the way it looks, i dont think that there ever was supposed to be power locks on this car? maybe the model with powerlocks didnt have the storage bin? or are the cables supposed to go behind the storage bin? i think this is the problem, but there also seems to be something in the front thats preventing the door from fully closing. the person who had it before me installed an aftermarket speaker, i think that this might be the problem too. the clips on the bottom of the panel wont reach the door to clip in because its being held out. i have been working on this since about 11 *its 2 now* and i cannot figure it out. any help will GREATLY be appreciated! thank you

I think all 3rd gens came with power locks and windows. correct me anyone.

the interior driver's side panel is much easier to remove than the passenger side. You are less likely to break parts. On the passenger side there are two large (about 2" long brassy colored) screws, one hidden behind the window actuator.

to reassemble I like to push out the 3 black hollowed rods fittings out (the one that take the 2" black screws). check to see if all (I think 3) of your push clips are attached and positioned on the panel. There should be two white plastic guides peg guides on the top of the panel for positioning as you fit it over the interior door actuator and reconnect the electrical. Then I smack the push chips in. Slide the black hollowed rodded guides into their clip and finish up the rest of the fastners.

if you still have door parts in the way of fitting your panel flush to the door, you will have to move them aside.

hope this helps

it did a little, but i determined that the problem was the aftermarket speakers that some jackass put in incorrectly into the stock bose box. he just put them on top and put some kind of caulking in, this black sticky ****. he hacked the bose system all to hell so the box is shot, and i tried hooking up the little amp (i think thats what the little circuit board is for) up to the orignal connector, but that doesnt work,im assuming that this is because the stock stereo isnt in. by the way it looks, there are 2 power wires, and 2 signal wires. but anyways.
i think im either going to see if i can fine both passenger and driverside bose boxes or just take the boxes out of both sides and make a fiberglass sheet to lay across the hole and screw it down, then put a hole in the middle of it and mount the aftermarket speaker into it. if anyone has a better idea or thinks that mines retarded, let me know, bc you guys are smarter than i am, im just a stupid 17 yo, lol. thanks guys!
