i'm not sure if it's a myth but I heard that the Air Force controllers are not FAA certified, while the only services that are certified by the FAA are the Navy/Marines...only because we're a part of the Navy and we go to the same school. if I was in the AF I would def be a combat controller, those guys are BA!

27, software engineer at a university. Joining the Navy in November as a CTN. Time for a career switch, and the loan repayment plan is too good to pass up.

Bought my 94 FD two years ago, and smack dab in the middle if a rebuild while teaching my wife how to turn a wrench.

26. Still in financial sales and having the pleasure of working with Rx7 owners to source rare JDM parts. Recently launched a venture capital firm that acts as a holding company for my startups and other small companies. Keeps me busy! Hopefully moving to CA next year.

Sold the FD several years ago, in a Gallardo now and planning on a lp640 next year - can't wait!

Bought a '93 rolling chassis back in 2010.
I was going to put pistons in it, but came to my senses.
It's currently being put back to stock.

16, 85 SE for 500$ from a neighbor. Obviously full time high school student. It's my first car. 270,000 mi. on body, ~150,000 on engine. In good mechanical shape but the paint is sun faded. Interior is in good shape other than cracked dash. Love this car. Planning on buying another.

26, Diesel mechanic for the Navy and currently stationed in southern California. Bought my first 94 BB FD in 2010 with 79k miles, sold it 2 years later and got a 91 N/A FC. Had the FC for about 6 months and sold it. Then I tried to get out of the car hobby period and that only lasted about a year or so. So almost exactly a year ago I bought a mint 94 CW FD with 49k miles on it, don't have any plans of selling this one.
